*Please note that all shuttle reservations have a 24 hour cancel policy.*

Except for race day shuttles, race reservations are not cancellable. Riders will be responsible to pay full fare for no-shows or cancellations made within the 24 hours of departure time. Due to the desired extreme conditions preferred for the Maliko course and the nature of downwind paddling, cancels made within 24 hours of departure will not be responsible for fares ONLY in the case of an UN-FORECASTED high surf advisory or small craft advisory. Kama’aina riders will get a once per season ‘last minute’ cancel without being responsible for paying the fare.

***Loading is 30 minutes prior to departure. Any rider not loading their craft 15 minutes prior to departure will not be permitted to ride and full fare will be owed.
***Midday shuttles have a 3 person minimum to run. Morning and late afternoon departure times have a 4 person minimum. You will be notified within 2 hours via text message of departure if minimums are not met.
***When shuttle is at capacity it may be necessary to share a rack with a like craft or to rack on top of the van. if your craft is unable or you are unwilling to share a rack please contact customer service 24 hours in advance to ensure your reservation.

***FIRST TIME RIDERS please note: Maliko Run is an EXTREMELY ADVANCED COURSE & first timer’s are advised to paddle with a guide or a friend with local knowledge of the course and conditions. Please contact customer service for a referral to an area guide.

***Maliko Shuttle riders and their equipment are participating at their own risk. We are not responsible for damage or loss of any equipment transported by our motor vehicle carrier or trailer and all passengers will be required to sign a waiver stating they understand this.
